Real beauty,

Finding our groove —

The concept of Rosewater Salon was born in the Spring of 2022 and our doors opened in 2023. As artists and industry veterans, we wanted to move beyond salon industry practices that we no longer aligned with. Our priorities shifted, and we wanted to honor a healthy work-life balance. We love the idea of slow living — a concept that benefits both artists and clients alike.

The hustle culture has been retired — at least at Rosewater. We might look a bit different than the traditional salons we’re all used to, but we’re more than okay with that. We want each and every person who walks through our doors to feel seen, heard and cared for. At Rosewater, you’ll find transparent pricing, a gratuity-free policy, genderless services and plenty of love.

When the idea for Rosewater started to take shape, we had some natural questions. Will the changes we want to make be well received? Will disrupting the industry attract employees who are ready to change, too? Will our clients, current and new, make the change with us?

Turns out, the answer is yes.

At Rosewater, we believe in the well-being of both our clients and our staff. When it comes to how we operate, this is at the forefront of everything we do. Our goal is to send you back out into the world feeling confident and uplifted — a promise we deliver on each and every time.

We are ready. You are ready. And it’s made our hearts grow three sizes.

Thank you for taking the leap with us.

Our daily hours look like this but availability varies from artist to artist:

  • Monday: 9am to 5pm

  • Tuesday — Thursday:
    9am to 9pm

  • Friday — Saturday:
    9am to 6pm

  • Sunday: Closed

Note: Our salon is by appointment only. Book your appointment here.

There are no hidden fees — we’re a gratuity-free salon.

We believe in fair and equitable practices that reflect our expertise and skill set. Our prices are based on that ideology and removes the added pressure of tipping. If you’re curious about this practice, don’t be afraid to ask! We love transparency and collective growth.

Our cancelation policy is quite simple. We believe in the dignity and well-being of our team. This is how we protect them.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24-48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total.

  • Appointments not kept or canceled within 24 hours or day of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service total.

  • There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be subject to being rescheduled and charged for a same day cancellation.

Thank you for respecting the policies we have in place to protect our artists and their livelihoods.
