She’s clocked 20 years in the makeup industry with a genuine approach and carries the belief that makeup is for everyone. Michelle’s goal is to help each client feel like the best version of themselves. She loves teaching makeup lessons, perfecting brows, and building meaningful client relationships. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys time with her 5-year-old son, two cats, and exploring new places with family and friends.

Anna-Marie specializes in precision bobs, piece-y pixies, and natural-looking colors, tailoring each look to embrace her clients’ individuality. Outside of work, she enjoys Barre3, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and their chubby beagle.

Her focus is not only on bringing clients' visions to life but also on ensuring everyone feels heard and seen in her chair. Ciara’s tender and kind approach makes each and every individual who sits in her chair feel comfortable and safe. Outside of the salon, Ciara enjoys exploring Detroit, bike riding, hiking, and caring for her plants. She loves connecting with clients over shared hobbies and is excited to meet new faces!

Colleen has been a stylist for over 5 years, specializing in curly hair, shags, mullets, pixies, and cuts with bangs. She offers a range of coloring services, with a focus on color blocking, vivids, and unconventional colors. Colleen’s chair is a safe space for neurodivergent individuals, those on the spectrum, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and she is attentive to sensory sensitivities and individual needs. Outside of the salon, Colleen loves nature, working with dogs, hammocking, rollerskating, hiking, and exploring different crafting mediums.

Nearly a decade ago, Marissa began her journey as a makeup artist guided by a love for beauty. Now an esthetician, she not only specializes in the art of eyebrows and eyelashes, but also with skincare and facials. She prides herself in creating a warm space where everyone feels radiant, confident and cared for. Each treatment is customized to meet the unique needs of her clients. When she's not at work, Marissa can be found with her beloved dogs, Ryder and Bagel, or crafting whimsical cross-stitched and crocheted trinkets for friends to brighten their spaces. Her passion for helping others embrace their beauty shines through everything she does, inspiring self-confidence and a touch of magic in each person she meets.

Taiylor has been a stylist at Rosewater Salon for about 6 months, with more than 3 years in the industry. Passionate about cats, plants, and all things hair, Taiylor creates a welcoming environment for every client, no matter their hair type. Specializing in vivid color and curly/coily hair, Taiylor also enjoys classic colors and highlights. With training in Redken and Evo color and cutting, Taiylor is always learning new techniques to help clients achieve their hair goals. One thing is certain: you’ll have a great time in Taiylor’s chair!
